I dont have a front brake on because of weight, and if i do a no hander and when i put i hands on i dont want to accidently press the front brakes and die.

A rear brake for park or trails is handy when ur in the air coz pulling it will shift the rear wheel momentum, either levelling out your bike or bringing your front end down!!!
