i got a 08 cowan and they come wit dj2's and i bought argyle 318's and the rock shock are so much better they are way smother and have more adjustments to make it so that u can fit it to ur riding style

they have a compresion adjust ment on therm so u dont need a air pump

I no there wank this year but im lookin at an overall result and i think
409 (but obv if you have red what i put the they would be better for another £100)

if u end up not liking the spring style you can get a air dampener seperate so its same inside as the next step up
