sometimes you get the bear, sometimes the bear gets you.
go back to where you came off and ride it again. keep riding it until it holds no fear for you.
i agree go to where you fell and just ride that part of the trail non-stop til you realize you wont fall everytime. Sometimes falling helps as it makes you realize its not actually that bad.
Yeh I had a bad crash about 2 years ago now, dislocated my shoulder wasn't able to ride for about 6 weeks. Never propperly got back into DH and so I didn't use my bike enough, sold it, now I'm doing xc riding, I miss DH so much but the fear is still there, I can't get over it. I love the speed but doubt I will ever propperly go back.
