Wah Wahs haven't been around long enough to pass judgement on their durability. Search for my thread 5050s suck to see what people think of those. V12s are nice but they have a really small platform. Pony up for Straitlines if you can and Wellgo MG1s if you want something cheaper.

i get the small platform thing with my v12's. They make your feet bend around them if you dont have strong shoes too.

Yeah. They are nice for street but if you do a long day of decending then your feet will cramp bad.

I second DMR V12's. Another good choice would be to look at some bmx pedals (Animal Hamilton, Fly Ruben, Odyssey J.C's, etc.)
ya theres alot of bmx pedals that rock out there and theyll fit id say go wit a bmx pedal all the way

do not get dmr v8s...the pins ware out and fall off so easily, the bearings go after a week or two of normal riding and the lube injection thing is useless!

man, i have some 5050 pedals on my rock mountain switch, and they suck ! ! ! the plates come loose, i broke the bearings, and the pins fall out if they hit a friggin blade of grass. i recently ordered a pair of syncros mental pedals, they own, so much better. o ya, AND THERE CHEEP, you can get the off pricepoint for $75 ! ! ! thats what i did

Thorght about Shimano DX pedals. Theyre a bit like DMR V12 but have a wider platform, so possably less foot cramp.
