see here if you get rear ended, its automatically their fault. they should leave you enough room so that if you do an emergency stop, they can stop too. insurance is also compulsory so their insurance would have to cover it.

aw f*ck. think i dislocated/broke my elbow. went for a flatspin 5 on the tramp, bailed, and somehow landed on my arm awk and making the dirtiest pop/grinding sound followed my immemse pain. fuuuuck


on top of that my jaw sitll isnt 100%
