From what I read on mtbnews/ the website, only the XL has a brace to keep the TT low

I think that's between the seat tube and top tube, not on the seat stays

Didn't complete the last checkpoint on the marathon.

Did only 41km and 1600m elevation gain.

And it was painfull.

Like really painfull.

Last 10km were uphill on a ski track. Average grade 25% and all live rocks. No shade. Got a sun stroke on 35° C and couldn't finishthe race.

Who the f*ck planned this track?

A sick bastard that's who.

But, there was a 15km downhill with 1200m elevation drop. That was nice.

As for the bike.

It worke perfectly.

Trashed the f*ck out of it.

Not a single creak. I guess it all depends on the batch.

Creak?.are the frames known to creak? Or you mean the components.

And depends on the batch?..what if it cracks you mean?

If the frames are all machine welded on a production line, then maybe a 'batch' could have issues, but I doubt that is the case with these given the small numbers they were made in really. If it has a weak point, they all have the weak point.
