If you aren't happy, I would switch to 40s. You can probably sell your boxxers for a decent price, and everyone who does this seems to be a lot happier...

Ya, thats what I'm leaning towards. Im going to pick up a stiffer spring next week, $20 is worth it to see if I like them before I drop another 800-1000 dollar on some new forks.

So i just bought this cheap. Its a 2009 Tranny Doube and i just splashed out on CRC on new parts to make it fresh. was wondering if anyone knew what size seat post it will take? and what material is the frame made out of and can it be anodized?

will post more photos when its completed.

Air because it's lighter and now very close to feel now but infinitely adjustable. I swore up and down about air stuff. Then got a set of dorados. Renewed faith. I wanted a coil ccdb but now I'm strongly leaning towards an air version. It's lighter ( I don't really care about weight) but also so easy to adjust.

what was said above. got so much varied terrain around me i need something i can adjust so air front and rear opens up a load of options. got some dual crowns and the coil shock i can stick back on for full dh tracks and anything gnarlier.
plus i work in a bikeshop so x-fusion hooked me up Wink

Frankly ....if you spend more time about how your shocks are dialled in than riding......you need a reality check
