Alright, Im building a snobike tomorrow. I could use some fast help/input. Im building it out of a mongoose bmx bike, and some women's skis (http://denver.craigslist.org/spo/1515745803.html). I am making the rear axle stationary, but the front moveable. Will this work? How stable will it be with just 1 ski on front and back?
I have (what I think is) a genious braking system for it, using the cranks. Are there any other SMX's with brakes (link please). I will post pic's tomorrow when I finish It. Thanks

I'm actually in the process of designing a universal ski bike kit for bmx - mtb adaptation. Will have adjustable ride heights and axle sizes. I had no idea this thread existed but I'll post pictures when I machine the first prototype.
