Really fun and capable bikes!
Matching hope piston bits look good on the green bike

They are Maguras
Damn. I thought they were the same as the ones that Maxlombardy has on his scout

Think I'd go Hightower, bronson or go crazy and get a yeti!

Hey guys looking around for a new bike and wanted some advice. Need that cliche bike that does it all. Most my riding is all-mountain but I tend to just ride anything I find including some tamer DH. I also enjoy throwing my bike around on jumps. I have always liked the look of Santa Cruz bikes and so have looked at the Nomad and Bronson. I think the Nomad would be too much bike for me though. I currently have a 2015 Giant Trance and so have also looked at the Reign (which I have read good things about). I've test ridden both the Reign and Bronson both of which I both enjoyed greatly. Budget isn't really an issue, just can't exceed £6000.
Would also be interested in building a bike rather than buying a complete one but would still of course need a frame.
Thanks
Transition patrol carbon (or alu if you like that more)

I just got a new reign sx and it is absolutely amazing, it climbs better than my 2016 stumpjumper and descends incredibly well, its really playful and picks up speed really well. i would definitely recommend it, especially at the part spec you get for 3600$

I had a SC Blur LTC and test road a Pivot M6, Bronson and Reign. Ended up getting a Reign and it's a beast on the downs but handles the ups too.

Don't think I didn't want to! I've only got 10 miles or so on the bike so far and on mellow trails. Fork feels great, can't wait to throw more at it. More plush than anything else I've ever owned. The bike is too big for my local stuff but that's not what I bought it for. Really looking forward to Angelfire in May.

I would look at the Bird Aeris 145

I bought the older model 140 after owning a Reign for 4 years and it blew the Reign out the park
For less than 3k the spec was over 1k less than the new Reign 1
