Im trying them right now. Started off with a foot on peg and the other on the pedal and I was able to catch those bars. Now im trying manual bars and once i can do those im going to hop bars
make sure that ur only throwing with one hand not that gay x-up tossing crap, whichever way u throw them, let the other hand off the bar and throw the bar in toward ur body
i find that if you lay on your back and put your feet on the pedals and hands on the bars (i no it sounds stupid as hell) ind throw and catch the bars it helps to get used to the motion of it
aslong as your atleasy 6 inchs in a hop you have enough time to toss a bar, you just need to toss it really fast, just sit somewhere up against a wall and pop your front end up in the air, and just toss the bars like that, get it down super fast
I got it pretty good against a wall. As for the back biking i dont like that cause the bike falls on me I only do that for tailwhips. I just need to find out how to get my bunny hops higher. Is it easier to bunny hop if i were to have a smaller TT?? Im 5'7" riding a 21" TT or would it not make a difference at all
