As for the dropout, I felt my bike came alive after I put the lower/longer dropout on. That will be a personal prefference, though. There's no way too know which you'll like more until you try both.

Just remember (though you probably already know)- Lower/Longer for fast and steep; taller/shorter for more tech and less steep. If you'll be climbing often with your Faith, I recommend the taller/shorter one.
