Black base color with gold specks clear coated over. It'll sparkle like... nevermind.

Dark neon blue frame.
Add some deep neon green specs mixed with black.
Then go from there with everything else.

i got a Kona Stuff with a nice dark green frame, basically stock but with some copper painted parts. looks pretty good so far
