Depends on the axle to crown measurement. The frame was designed around a fork with a 540mm A-C height. You don't want to make the head tube angle too steep or screw up the general geometry of the frame. I would think 140mm would be the minimum you would want to go and that's only if you are using a regular headset (not flush mount).
