the kona is waaay out of the norcos league, if you want, quality, reliability, the sickest fr hardtail ever get the kona(my bro has one and its sick!!!), if you want, bad quality, unreliability(i know from friends with them), and not being a little bit bashed cause you ride a kona then buy the norco
no...... thats just what the bike companies ordered i guess like the 2007 stinkys have 170 mm 888s and 888s are usually 200 mm so i guess kona wanted 140 and norco wanted 160
Ohh... Sorry, I must have read something aboout the oil levels in the fork, and how it can effect the amount of travel the 55 has... Maybie in confusing something with somehting else.
two bash rings man... ive lost my chain with an e 13... never with my blackspire
Then obviously you didn't have it set up right... The system with two bash rings is heavy, and it's a pain in the ass when you want to get a different sized chain ring. Also on some bikes the dual rings don't fit.

in this department yea.. the 5-0 will nver compare... that frame is wack
For me it was about how comfortable i was on the bike. I love Norcos but i just didn't feel right on my friends Sasquatch. The cockpit felt too short, I test rode a 5-0 and it just felt so right for me so I bought it. Brand loyalty can only go so far.
