disassemble the cartrdige, clean, change o-rings, put oil in, assemble, screw out the needle from the top, put oil through the top, take back the needle inside, push the road of cartridge to get oil equally along the cartridge - repeat it lot of times untill the won't be place for adding new oil.
Add 20-30 ml of oil to the left leg.

It's not the Full list of all o-rings. You can clearly see on picture above that there are more of them, I just forgot to note their sizes.

it's very easy to take it almost all apart, but - nah, no need to, just remove the top needle and do all the necessary movements to get old oil out.

I made a custom lockout lever for my 350 NCR damper. Converting it from remote to manual lockout
1/4" alu plate, Hand cut / filed / sanded
