And this is his website even though I couldn't get it to work http://bestbikesplace.com/ and once again the shop is apparently called bike-safe limited. It's not on the bike shops section on Pinkbike which makes it questionable. I'll have a look and leave my thoughts.

Avoid like the plague. Not on Pinkbike's database, no website, and that forum post is a common scam post. I'm the scams moderator and see ads like this by scammer on Pinkbike all of the time.

If it existed, somebody on here from Sheffield would've added the bike shop.

Yea I didn't think that it was an actual shop more of just like a bike supplier. But what your saying makes since so I guess that option is out. Also on more of an unrelated question do you know any places that could sell used bikes or 2012 discounted bikes. I found the exact bike I wanted on Pink bike, and I called and emailed the seller over a week ago and no response at all.

Not in the United States, and not too sure on my own continent either. But go with a legit company if you do buy discounted bikes.
