My assumption was that a rat bike is a spare parts build that actually works, and has a battle tested feel to it. Most won't have an obvious color scheme or consistent style, but more of an eclectic appearance.

This is my rat bike attempt. It was build on a budget, trust me it was, otherwise it would be a different bike altogether.

True,.. but the wrapping... Is low-tech, low-budget, creepy and extraordinary in the same time. Not sure...
