Correct. It is for the Hopey steering damper. Works really well, and the frame is quite easy to get. You can order one directly from Rotec. http://www.roteccycles.com/

Hey guys,

The mount on the bottom is for the forkstop and the mount above is for the hopey. We are the only mfg that offers this mount on their production frames.

And at the moment, the Lawwill gearbox is on the backburner....got two new GB's coming but sorry to say its nothing radical or world changing....just a simple ol single pivot.

The Lawwill gearbox is coming, but not right now as we're working out drivetrain issues and placement for the best damm Lawwill ever!

Looks very awesome Sully, what price do these frames retail at after release date and what would be the weigth if you build it up if some one is a pro rider for instant.

Well as much as I'd like to start selling these, Rotec is at the very beginning of a long evaulation and test period. This design will most likley undergo changes as I refine the final version.

And though this isn't even a production bike yet I'am still stoked how close it ii in present form. Its more like a pre-production piece then a proto as its quite refined already.

As for weight for these two, well the goal was anything under 45 pounds. Yeah I know, 45 pound thats heavy but does that really matter as I sit on my first KVR??

I think not.

I'll post more information, including the weight in the near future. Just know that you can't stop progression.......gearboxs are here and like Rock-n-Roll and TV they're here to stay.....in what capacity is really up the the industry and the consumer.
