i recon the Maxxis Holy Rollers are pretty good for all round.. smooth enough for street and grippy enough for dirt jumps.. not too good in the wet though.. but who wants to ride street or dirt jumps in the wet?

i had 2.1" small block eights, they were superlight and superfast, but they wear down too quick because i do a lot of pavement riding, at least a few km a day. i got holy rollers again (yeah, i went from holy rollers to sb8 back to holy rollers) because i don't want to worry about tread wear or skidding and stuff. i also love the 2.4" size, a bigger tire feels more comfortable due to high air volume cushioning and feels more secure as well.
sb8s roll a lot faster and feel more efficient though, if they came out with a much harder compound for street/dj bikes, i'd gladly run a pair in the 2.35" size.
