you could take creatine or if you want steroids but im not into that sort of stuff

Take a old intertube from ur bike I used an old hockey stick and concrete blocks. step on it with one foot.Curl up slow palm up next one do thumb up. The chin up is a multi muscle group move see Mens Health October 2008 page 114.

start with jumping pull ups, work your way up to it.

and anything you can hold in one (or two) hands and curl should give your biceps a work out.

I gotta say though, there are much more imporant muscle groups to work on/strengthen.
