on my forks on the left hand side their is a cap you can open and theirs like an air valve like the ones on your tire what does that do?

please comment on my bike aswell lol

it's for adjusting the stiffness of your fork. and dont keep "bumping" your thread, this is not instant messenger, sometimes it takes a few hours for your question to get answered.

you need to buy a pump for your fork so that you can adjust the stiffness of the fork
