10t will last longer and be smoother but you gotta run a 28t sprocket instead of a 25t.

I'm not sure I would use the word "gotta" but the more teeth your driver has the more teeth your going to need on the chain wheel or else you'll be just crankin and spinnin and going no where LOL
I myself would go 30t chainwheel on a 10t driver but thats all peronal preference, you need to figure out how fast you like to go and how hard you can pedal and be comfortable with that choice Wink
