maybe Deity bars? they come in 50mm rise i think, pretty cheap aswell, or some NS Jalapeano bars, Transition bikes make mad-dog front chainrings and they come in cool colours, with 1/2 gearing ratio you should be able to grab one in a 24/25t to go with a 12t rear cog.

the sub with the 4x 80 m"m and it perfect.. the manual is sooo stable.. go for it..

tires: i ride with kenda kinpintion for front and its good and with tioga skid row for rear and it bad.. it ripped in 3 place.

deity bar yeah but you can get a light bar like easton ea70 high=50mm..

BTW,I've heard that a 28-12 ratio works well for 24's.
