Sold it, bought this:

NS majesty 2010 Rockshox Argyle 318 halo tornado on hope pro2 ns proof bars quark pro stem primo hollowbite cranks odyssey pedals etc

Added a brake; changed the seat, sprocket and chain, swapped the steerer spacers:

post-ride photos fat seats are great D

Bought new wheels, tyres and pedals, and sanded the bars:

Nice weather and a new blue touch at the bb. Seems like an excuse to take a photo. The stem is annoying the crap out of me but painting it will have to wait until next week.

Cut the steerer and removed the brake:

As she sits now, with a new bar/stem combo:
