I've been on a ss for a year now and I have not had to buy a derailure in about a year or so and yes I like ss and yes I like gears and if only derailures were free and never skiped and sliped right before a big gap you needed every turn of the crank to clear,,,

I wheelie with a 2.25 to 1 ratio. And actually I would like it a little higher if I was just doing wheelies.

kay thanks guy, ill probabley just buy the DMR kit and just put it on myself, thanksSmile One last question, is single speed that good for distance?, like im not talking really long. and whats a good ratio for ss?
i have 32 front 16 rear atm, its great for getting speed up for street, park dj ect, but if you have to cycle to places that are a distance it does wear you down if your gearing is to low Big Grin
