Just to put this out there. There is more going on with the way a single crown fork stress a frame than a dual crown fork other than axel to crown distances. More of the force is transferd to the frame through the dual crown fork and where that force is transmited is different to.

I'm not saying your should or shouldn't. What you should do is talk to your bike manufacturer and find out what they think. They may have tested it with dual crowns and had failures or mabye it will be fine.
