thats true. their customer service sucks! haha, but they still make quality parts, people may not respect the service, but they should respect the parts. i can see ns breaking through all of them, and becoming a best seller for parts., haha.

well Alain is gone and apperently thats a good thing.... although he gave me a deal on the fork,free bars and free shirt so i didnt complain.... cant see Dartmoor , Deity, or Blackmarket taking over either (nobody i know think they have nice stuff as far as i know. cuz i dont) haha! NS is a good company tho.
