What? how long have hardtails not been allowed at fort William? (Bang goes my idea of trying to ride the course on a rigid in pink lycra Razz ...)

well to get up there you have to go on the gondala thing so theres probably someone checking the bikes arent hardtails

A mate of mine managed the DH on his hardtail...that was about 3 years ago now, so stuff may have changed. Funny, never really thought about it, always had a full sus bike.

You have to go in through the back enterance of the gondola to get your bikes on, and there are staff there who watch, so they would notice if you had a hardtail.

Are there any really smooth and maybe 'hardtail friendly' trails in england?

or just any freeride trails? basicly, smooth super fast trails with pretty decent sized doubles and drops that you can just shred... sorta like the trail in dropin webisode 4

thanks

so... any trails like the freeride one i mentioned?
