It's pronounced mar-zo-key. This is coming from the Italian exchange student at my school. But to each his own. Better question yet though, is how to pronounce Commencal lol.

Yes it's Italian. Therefore: Mar-zoe-key. Just like saying the word "Gnocchi" A friend of mine is from Naples and he pronounced it like this when I showed him the fork on my new bike. And he knows nothing about biking.
