a rebuild couldnt hurt right? and you could get a glimpse of the inside and possibly see if the spring is hitting the inside, and any other possibilities.

right, i wanna cut down the seat tube on my steel frame but i dont want to have to re-cut the little slit thing as i only have a (very blunt) hacksaw. have i left enough so that after i cut it will still close tightly round my seatpost? any help much appreiciated(sp). and btwww i am cutting along the red line

well i think it's a 2006, baige with skulls, haha, i don't know how helpful that is. i might be able to get one for cheep, but i don't like 24 in the rear.

so i just got the 2009 norco 250 and there are oddssey twister pedals but really there plastic but the look metal they come on the bike, should i get etal pedals or keep those pedals?
