Spinner, but they are super XC if I remember correctly. Pace still around? They made XC forks though, too.
Spinners are for ultra weigh weenies who don't want oil in their forks... They are awful and come stock on really low end stuff (not quite wal mart, but still bad)

The stanchions and knobs aren't, gosh!
all i can say is that's a horrible idea. especially if it's got carbon dropouts.
