i have ridden both and the jackal feels like a nicer ride, the geometry of it makes it a **comfortable** bike, the kona just dosnt feel right

Of course if you don't like the look of the jackal (I'm stoked about it, but alot of people isn't) you should have a look at the Chameleon. Just a suggestion.

Even though the Kona stuff for 08 has new better geo than the older model. If i were you i would get the jackel becasue they seem to be preety solid bikes.
