First i would go micro gearing..

like 25-9 and then plastic pedals and new tyres and also slam the seat and cut the post if necessary.

i have, theirs a mark on the seatpost which it doesnt go further than that. weird.

why micro gearing, i race bmx so bigger the better, also plastic pedals are shit, my mate was going around a berm and he pedaled and his plastic ones snapped clean off. Im getting a new seatpost soon.
