any way they are they both put air in the fork,

Not long finished lowering my Fox float RLC's, it's easier than it looks, took a tiny bit of effort to get the spring out, but once there, it's very straight forward to add spacers, certainly wouldn't want to pay to get someone else to lower them for me. For what it's worth, now I know what I'm doing, it wouldn't even take someone 30 minutes to do it tup .
