How many times have we heard taller people complaining of not having frames available to them that are sexy?
It’s getting better, but this below kinda sums it up
Frame size: small = sexy medium = mediocre large = lame (gate)
Custom frames don't need to look like a gate in large sizes, it's down to the frame builder entirely.
Exactly
Curtis have just built an AM9 for a 6' 9" 300lb mtb'er (T45 steel for the strength) and it it proportionally very similar to my AM7. Incidentally, I am somewhere over 6' 3"
Where are those photos taken ? why dose it look so much like home?
The last picture that's Dakota Ridge in Golden and overlooking Matthew Winters park. Right across 470 from Green mountain in Lakewood, CO. First two pictures not sure...maybe Canon City?

I don't think my bike looks too gateish. But I am bias.

Got any photos/links?
Not as yet, they'll publish them once the bike has been delivered to it's owner I'm told.
