Headshot upload is not even close to the area cropped and selected from photo.

I may be an idiot, but when attempting to post a headshot for my profile, it posts sideways. (Hopefully this is not how I land on my ride today!) Help, please!

Really have no clue on how to load a profile pic. I select one, it drops the top left showing some branch’s lol.
I’m unable to change the crop etc.
Tried a file or a photo from library. The file comes in solid black.

My headshot came out sideways each time I uploaded it. I tried flipping the pic in Photos (Microsoft) multiple times, still doesn't come out upright.

Nor can I. Seems to have been an issue for a long time already. I don’t think there is any intention to fix it

My headshot uploads correctly, but after I trim it, ti rotates automatically and is now in wrong direction!

Don't know how to load from my iphone to my laptop. Tried to load a .pdf headshot and the system will not recognize the format

the image is rotated and cannot change for proper viewing

After an hour of trying on my iPad and my iPhone, I got 1/4 of the actual pic to load! Wow. Any help on this? Do I need to sign onto a Windows device, because these seem like old school issues.
