Hey guys just a heads up, just got my Ultimate CF SLX last week (yeah roadie on pinkbike I know!) if you cancel your UK order and place it in euros instead you can save literally hundreds of pound due to the current exchange rate, I saved £400 off of mine.

Also if anyone is looking for advice for a road bike, the CF SLX rides like an absolute dream!

how did you manage that as I can see that if you change your country to say Ireland it goes in to euros so go to order the torque dhx at £1799 now in euros which is 2099 convert to pounds is 1555 but when it comes to billing you have billing address which has country and this has to be the same as the address held for the card so click uk it goes back into pounds

You have to have someone to post it to them forward it or use a PO box. Some of the Mail companies do let you change the delivery address mid transit though

You can have a different shipping address but the billing address has to be the same one as you have registered on the way you pay

I thought the currency you pay on is dictated by the shipping address?

No there is a tick box to stipulate different shipping address

You can still use your normal billing address. So long as the shipping address is somewhere that uses Euro's it will go through fine.

haha, thanks Rusell! How's your recovery? Btw, I was attempting to change the original gear and crank today but found out that rear gear hanger is not working with Sram 11 speeds' (specifically designed for Shimano), need to buy a new hanger first. While the 2015 Race face cinch bottom bracket can only be taken off with a very uncommon BB spanner that is rediculously rare, need to order one anyway, quite annoying Frown

Went out for a quick blast on my Spectral last night, first time with the new wheelset (went for Hope Pro 2s with FlowEX) and a properly dialled in Pike.

Felt SO MUCH better, much more planted and so much more small bump compliance. It was only a little loop around my local park with some hills and a few drop offs, but ended up hitting some stair sets around my work as well to give it more a test.

Can't wait to get it out on my local trails!

Strive AL 7.0

Bike got delivered on Monday, took it to Cannock Chase on Tuesday, did some urban shred on Wednesday and on Thursday and Friday and Saturday fell off on Sunday

Now I can get it in XC mode no problem, I just don't know if its in DH mode FULLY, I can still see a little of the green XC icon. Anyone else getting this?

Also christmas lights were lying around soooooooo......
