Wait, are you saying that a whole company sucks just because one person broke one frame from them? if so, you are truely retarded. i can't think of one company that has never had a frame break and i doubt anyone else can either. also, i'm sure that if he truely was sponsored (and not through sponsor house) he got a new frame for free like the next day.

couldnt agree more, a company is much more than just bombproof products. parts break, cant be avoided. it also has to do with customer support, warranties, etc.
