Yeh the chainwhips they punish you by directing your hand towards the cassette when it feels like it wants to make you slip.

Crankbrothers Multi- 19... http://www.crankbrothers.com/multi19.php

Does anyone have one? How do they like it?

I do have a multi-19 as does my friend. They are awesome. Great quality, great warranty, decent weight, clean and simple. The only thing is, there's no way of locking the tools in place which can get a bit annoying but it's meant to be an emergency trail tool, not a workshop staple.

My favorite tool:

Fab my lockring tool, because i'm really anal when it comes to cleaning my bike so when everything is being cleaned the cassette comes off and cleaned with a toothbrush
