Ive been doing this ab workout for a while and it works great:
Also, another thing that works well is right after you get up, before you eat anything, sprint to the end of your street(around 50 yards) and back around 10 times with short rest in between. You will be burning fat directly since theres not calories to burn yet due to the fact that you havent eaten.

You will probably get sore around halfway through, works great.

I feel exactly the same way I get kicked arond at school because Im so skinny,,,lol but yeah I eat ALOT but dont gain anything...so annoying
I love it! It makes all my muscles stand out, I got a 6 pack when I was hardly trying the hardest! Cos my brothers more chubby than me (hes 24) hes got mental muscles, goes to the gym 4/5 times a week. But his muscles dont stand out that much. Even though they're solid.

scrawny six packs are the sh*t I got one and like 4 of my friends do too and they all weigh about 4 ounces

press ups 70-80 sit ups 50-60 pull ups 6 (fully locked out after each)
i am a wee bit overweight but my upperbody is in reasonably good nick. give me till march and we'll be sticking a 1 in front of all these scores as my training season starts new year!
I find it hard to believe that someone who can do 45 pushups can only do 2 pullups. I can do like 30 pushups but at least 15 pullups without stopping...
