It makes all my muscles stand out, I got a 6 pack when I was hardly trying the hardest!
Cos my brothers more chubby than me (hes 24) hes got mental muscles, goes to the gym 4/5 times a week. But his muscles dont stand out that much. Even though they're solid.

I got one
and like 4 of my friends do too and they all weigh about 4 ounces

sit ups 50-60
pull ups 6 (fully locked out after each)

i am a wee bit overweight but my upperbody is in reasonably good nick. give me till march and we'll be sticking a 1 in front of all these scores as my training season starts new year!

I find it hard to believe that someone who can do 45 pushups can only do 2 pullups. I can do like 30 pushups but at least 15 pullups without stopping...
