No. All he means is that when Proper made that stem, the CNC'd all the un-neccisary material out, without reducing the strength of the item, but keeping it light weight. Most stems these days have been CNC'd in some way or another to save weight.
That's not necessarily true.
But in most cases is. Depends on how much the CNC out of the stem.

how, it looks ok, you talking about how thin the metal is where the sprocket goes on the spindle? or you think it'll bend easy?

Exactly, theres a large lack of material around the spindle hole thing. I think after I give it a few cranks, it would just shear right off.

maybe, but its still in the works, so maybe they will make it a bit thicker
