i wouldn't bother as you might come across other problems, just get a new fork
Open bath mazz are the easiest fork to work on, could almost give them a complete over haul on the trail, theres not much to go wrong in there other then the pumping rod or the jammed adjuster, buy a litre of 7.5 fork oil take it apart and see whats going on, if you want I will post up the oil levels tomrrow at work and post them so you know how high to fill it back up, at the worst you would need a pumping rod if you can't see whats wrong to put it back together and sell it saying that you put
new oil in it.
So you think that will do it?
You think my idea would work? extra firm springs no air?

new marzo sucks, its true. 05 and 06 were gold, after that they started getting shitty
so try to find a good 05 or 06 dj fork
or go with fox but if you much cave in and get a argyle, as much as i hate them there better than the new marzo
also check out pikes, super light
