any cranks should do. put your desired ring on the front and use cassette spacers (some should come in the SS kit) to get your chain line straight.

another idea, i got some town bike style bars, i seen really similar ones on 29ers, then becouse they are thicker i cant use normal mtb levers so those with some cycle cross levers

also thinking of a 69er conversion later on

what you all think?

so far, just building it to buy at the moment, then ill buy new parts

I work in a place that recycles old bikes, we have loads around and a lot spare parts to, all come cheep! love it

am I right in thinking folding tires are lighter? seemed "all the rage" when I used to bmx

they were the tyres i told you to go with i on the 1st page lol try ebay aswell £17 posted and they are the folding ones in 2.2

and yes i am ginger otherwise why would i put ginge if i was nt lol

for the money and weight you cant go wrong 2.2 weighs 570g for the folding 1

their is no opinion thats fact dude most weight weenie dirt jumpers use them and my pal really rates them the tohers you could try are bontrager xr1's

any 4x or xc tire tire will offer great grip lightwieght and roll very well
