im thinking of getting the reptoid 09 for a starter to dirt jumping but whant know what wheel size is better 24 26

Depend how tall you are. the 24 is slightly lighter but i prefer the 26" version. i'm 6 ft but i just like 26"
im 5.2 but everyone says the 26 is much better for dj and thats what i want to start cause theres some pritty good places nr me

go with 26" then. i bought mine really good condition for £300 last year

My Reptoid. Pretty much custom now though! Pretty heavy when first bought and still a bit heavy now. Overall a heavy bike. Practically bombproof though.

I am currently building up a street/dirt bike to a dream spec and theme, I have the DMR Reptoid frame 26" black and green, spec list (front to back) superstar evo british racing green hubs, laced with black spokes to green DMR backline green rims (front is 20mm thru axle and rear is 10 mm bolt thru!), brave monster bars, avid elixir r in tungsten grey, lizard skins green lock on grips, Dmr swarm stem, Fsa pig pro DH headset, dk goal green bmx seatpost, Dmr grab seat clamp in green, Dmr void seat in white and green, odyssey euro BB and that's all at the moment, give me a mid build rating and will update soon!! P.S. I know its not a drone reptoid but it is a reptoid after all!!!

Anybody try running a hub with a 10mm axel? If so, what adapters, chain tugs or any other way of fitting them in the dropouts did you use?

Hey guys,

Sadly i'm moving house and will no longer have any room for my Drone Reptoid, I'm based in reigate, surrey ATM. Im looking for around £550 for the bike as seen in the photo above. This includes a 24" Halo SAS wheelset. Profile racing front sprocket in blue. Hope mini rear disk with a braided cable. Hope front skewer in blue. Custom paint job done professionally with 4 coats. Let me know if you're interested! galecharlie@googlemail.com
