seriously... you have not been around long enough.

As for flaming. Basically all I'm doing is saying what's the point of remarks like that. They're baseless and meant to do nothing but stir up some crap. So better for me to tell him to chill out than for there to be a 50 post flame war.

See my logic.

Now if you had been around longer you'd remember me shutting down quite a few "idiots" in some pretty creative ways.

The point is I can find TONS of articles, sources, economists, media, stats that all point to the same thing - In fact I was going to list 15 links just for kicks but am too tired to care at the moment or to spell check what I am typing Razz

I DO NOT wish to flame or argue with you, but if you use inflammatory lanugauge & tone you can expect the same back, exactly what you are supposed to be discouraging.

Not quite... The economy is slow but it still isn't a recession. But all the war debt sure isn't helping

500 billion dollars for the Iraq war and the country in recession.. But the Gov. wont admit it, and keeps saying "we're not in recession".. MEH!

President Bush has even stated that the economy has seen better times... but its still not a recession... in fact the GDP numbers are looking up for this next quarter and housing sales are up %3 after drastically falling for over six months.

you've been saying this for some time, but the truth is: people making less money, houses market f*cked up, gas pricier, huge debts, lots of money on a war against nothing and no one...

f*ck what GDP says, thats just a number... we should care about real life, about what families are saying, about what we're seeing on the streets..
GDP is just a number, real life is way different.

I'm saving my money now, cause Ontario will be f*cked up as well really soon. The stock market is already weak, gas prices going way too pricey...
I gotta save my pennies! hehe

bah.. us gas prices are still way better than Canada. So are goods for that matter. It's a joy to go down to the US and visit friends, stock up on dirt cheap gas and cheap goods. Canada is too pricey. Frown
