As you can see im 17. Lets say im good at saving. First bike came from about a yearish of a paper route, bought soley my money.

Devinci was from half a year at the local grocery store, 300 bucks as a christmas present from my parents.

I have a loan out from my parents on the Commencal, as I couldnt pass up the deal I got, but they will soon to be paid up every cent, again from the part time job and the resale on the Ollie.

My parents helped me out, but not with funding really at all, they just lent me money to score the deals I got. They bought me some safety equiptment and 300 for the devinci, thats all.

All of these bike were built piece by piece

Year one
200$ unicycle-got trashed, out 200$

year two
400$ of new parts on my unicycles (pritty much built up a new one: new cranks, frame pedals, hub, tire, seat)- still have it in my room.

year three
dk signal 2006-stolen, out $550
STP2 2006- stolen, out $600

year four
STP2 2007 still got it locked up in my bedroom.

I personally don't care either way. It's mostly about skill, not equiptment.
