The trance can handle a lot more than people think
I would say so. Some of the things that have happened on my Trance.......... is pure insanity.

Ya. Run rockshox on my Trance. Love me. May get fox on my diamondback.
fox may be a little bit more pricey than rockshox, but its definetly worth it! sooo smooth and amazing quality

The rims are Azonic Outlaws. Cost like 399.99, but my were $50 off lasts spring. The stem is stock, but I will be replacing it soon. Too long. If you want it, you can have it.

Why does replica brakes have to suck the big one? I am trying to put Code R's on my trance and Status, but no. I have to take it up to my LBS because I can't mount the front with the hardware they give you....

I'm guessing all trances have top steerer diameter of 1 1/8 .

nope mine has the overdrive 2 and that makes the steerer tube 1 1/4...... and makes it impossible to find a stem that is a short one with a 1 1/4 steerer tube, if anyone has a short stem with a steerer tube size of 1 1/4 let me know!
