a 500 will be too stiff, im around 170lbs and i run a 400 with like 5 clicks of lowspeed and like 2/3 and a bit of bottom out and its plush as, soo planted. get a 450 spring

Yep. I am very lucky to have a dad who can mold fibreglass, so he created a custom downtube protector for me
