Depends where you are at.

Riders ride everywhere they can, mostly wilderness e.g. forest (for dh, and freeride). They build their own tracks, they build dirts. We have very few skate parks, and even if we have them, they are so small, and have only couple obstacles, including other things.

There are some legal official trails spread across Poland, but I have never visited any.

Probably this thread is dead ;/ You can ride it even in Świętokrzyskie Mountains, where the two highest peaks are Łysica at 612 meters (2008 ft) and Łysa Góra at 593 meters (1946 ft).
