they do make helmets for people with smaller heads... one of the guys who rides for eastside has a 2 year old with a run bike even the 2 year old has a fitting helmet.

as for riding. maybe the park. DJ's + no brake = no gusta

normaly i just sesh the aud then some small sports around it. tad late to go out tho as the sun will be setting in just under hour and half.
